It's important to be informed... the interesting thing about standard broadcast media
is the conservative approach to news stories... on the other hand, Cable News provides
radically different approaches, diverse opinions and philosophies, and programming
formatics that can provide an incredible overview of the mood and opinion of the country
by the people, and its politicians... which, by the way, is often opposite.
Watch them all. Hear them all. Participate. Register the focus of the stories,
channel to channel, as well as the vast difference in which stories get airtime.
More importantly, watch the headlines at the bottom of the screen. That's where
you'll find the developing news, as well as headlines you may only see once and never see
or hear about again. There are many of those tidbits that would otherwise tend to
"connect the dots" between the public spin and the truth.

truly interactive. Subscribe to their news and program services. They change their
approach on stories as the day progresses based on chatroom and email feedback. This
channel is a master at capturing and shaping public opinion. |

broadcast time. Ask them a legitimate question, and they'll do their darndest to
answer it on the air in the course of their discussions.
Don't manipulate these guys... talk to them like they were in your living room.
They'll be just as friendly to you. And no, they won't always agree with you. |
